Was more like a pamphlet than a book. Very brief and points covered very broadly. It made some valid points, but I would think of it as a basic overview, not a handbook.
Good for the novice learning about diversity.
A friend gave me a paperback copy, I enjoyed this book so much that I invested in a hard cover. The information is useful, accessible reminders of what good business leadership is all about. I would recommend this book for a friendly reminder of best practice that is actually enjoyable to read.
This book has great content around diversity and how to really lead in an inclusive way. I like the tips and practical techniques/exercises she provides. I do think it was a bit repetitive, but overall this is one of the better books on the subject that I have found.
Good book discussing in plain terms the fundamentals of needed leadership skills. Written from the unique perspective of Santa Claus who runs the ultimate project of managing a large staff and producing a large volume of product.
